Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Hit2Heal, we know that life happens, and we want to be as flexible as possible. As a small business, managing cancellations helps us keep our classes accessible and running smoothly.

Here’s what you need to know:

Strength Classes, Private Classes, & 1:1 Sessions

  • You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours in advance—no problem!

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before class, your spot is forfeited, and we’re unable to offer a refund.

  • If you don’t show up, we won’t be able to reimburse you.

The Courage Club Program

  • Need to cancel? You can get a full refund up to one week before the program starts.

  • Once the program begins, we offer a 50% refund within the first two weeks if something comes up.

  • After the first two weeks, the program fee is non-refundable.

Managing Your Schedule

To help you stay on top of your classes, be sure to watch for your email and text reminders! These are designed to help you manage your schedule in case you need to reschedule.

  • You’ll receive one email as soon as you sign up.

  • Another email will arrive 48 hours before your class (except for The Courage Club).

  • You’ll also get a text reminder 24 hours before class. (except for The Courage Club)
